Ho Teaching Hospital Alerts The Public To Beware Of A Fraudulent Nursing Recruitment Scam.

The Management of Ho Teaching Hospital has released a public notice warning job seekers about a fraudulent recruitment scam targeting individuals seeking employment at the facility, emphasizing that the hospital is not currently hiring nursing staff.

On July 30, the hospital issued a statement revealing that it had discovered false information being circulated on various platforms, claiming that the hospital was recruiting nurses and requiring applicants to pay a fee to secure a position.

The hospital’s management deemed these claims to be fraudulent and advised the public to disregard them entirely.

According to the hospital, any individual or group claiming to be recruiting on behalf of the hospital is doing so without the hospital’s knowledge or authorization.

The hospital further clarified that the Office of the Chief Executive Officer does not charge, request, or receive money from anyone in connection with the recruitment or employment process.

Additionally, the hospital emphasized that no staff member, agent, intermediary, or any other person has been authorized to collect money on its behalf for recruitment purposes.

The management warned job seekers to exercise caution and avoid making payments to individuals who promise them employment at the hospital, as such actions constitute fraud and will be reported to law enforcement agencies for investigation and potential prosecution.

The hospital encouraged anyone who is approached with a request for money or becomes aware of suspected extortion, impersonation, or other fraudulent activities being carried out in the hospital’s name to report the matter immediately.

The Ho Teaching Hospital assured the public that all future recruitment opportunities would be announced exclusively through its official communication channels and other recognized media platforms, ensuring transparency and authenticity in the hiring process.
