‘Ahoto’ Has Earned Mz Nana Two Nominations At The Ghana Music Awards Europe.

Ghanaian gospel artist Mz Nana, whose full name is Nana Yaa Otchere, has garnered two nominations for the 2026 Ghana Music Awards Europe (GMAEU), further solidifying her presence in the Ghanaian gospel and diaspora music landscape.

 

Mz Nana is nominated in two categories: Best Diaspora Collaboration of the Year and Best Diaspora Video of the Year, for her inspiring gospel track “Ahoto,” a collaboration with the esteemed gospel artist Obaapa Christy.

 

The announcement of these nominations coincided with the unveiling of nominees for the upcoming 2026 edition of the Ghana Music Awards Europe.

 

In the Best Diaspora Collaboration of the Year category, Mz Nana and Obaapa Christy’s “Ahoto” will be competing against notable collaborations such as Danny Lampo featuring Voices 4 Christ’s “Danse 4 Christ,” Kro Leo featuring Rap Fada and Agye’s “Fakye,” and Navah Music featuring Piesie Esther’s “Onokwarefo,” among others.
