Hiplife music authority Root Eye has swam into the new questionable article composed by Nana Kojo Mula on the “10 Craftsmen Fundamental to Ghanaian Hiplife”.
In spite of the fact that he accepts Stonebwoy doesn’t precisely fit in the Hiplife space, he said the honor winning artiste’s work to sell Ghana through music can’t be made light of.
Root Eye’s remark comes after Stonebwoy communicated dissatisfaction in the article by Nana Kojo Mula on the Grammy site on August 20, 2024.
Stonebwoy mixed discussion following his study of the GRAMMY article that digs into the historical backdrop of hiplife music in Ghana.
In a new telephone in interview on Dawn Hitz with DJ Thin, veteran Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artiste, Root Eye, pampered acclaim on Stonebwoy, acknowledging him for accomplishing exceptional achievements that have obscured the achievements of a large number of his ancestors.
“I have quit calling him Stonebwoy. I’m calling him Good Satekla in light of the fact that he’s right now artistically the best Ghanaian music diplomat. All things considered, this man is sending us spots where we never figured we would be,” said Root Eye.
He added, “The person is experiencing the fantasy that the greater part of us had and couldn’t accomplish. We are surviving him, we are living out dreams through this person, so we can’t dilute his commitment or the job he is playing for us right now,” he said.
